Inside My Mind.

There’s a race inside my mind,
But I never win; I always die.
It’s suffocation process is so striking;
For I  have no memory of what it might be.
My thoughts are numb from this brain of mine.
A rattling hum that won’t seem to die.
And yet I’m here, I’m still alive.
But my thoughts are not safe inside my mind.
